SHIPPING
Shipping will be sent via Fed Ex or USPS, depending on the size/weight. Larger packages are shipped via Fed Ex. I will email you when package is shipped and provide tracking number in an automated email. Transit time for U.S. packages is estimated to be 2-4 business days, and international orders are estimated to take 5-10 business days. Please leave plenty of time for your package to complete a 2 week production time in addition to the shipping transit times before needed for an event.
Although my shipping companies rarely let me down on their promised date of arrival, Golden Paisley, LLC is not responsible if the package does not arrive by the estimated shipping time due to shipping company’s mistake. Please note that you should expect shipping delays in times of inclement weather, such as ice, snow, and flooding.
Golden Paisley, LLC is not liable for stolen packages after tracking shows “delivered” or for weather damage after arrival. Please ask for “signature confirmation” or “hold for pickup” for an extra charge to avoid this, or have your package delivered to your workplace for no extra charge.
International shipping will be sent via USPS. Buyer will be responsible for their own country’s duties and taxes assessed through customs and will be charged that amount at time of delivery.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Please let me know if you are dissatisfied in any way with the product you receive. I will do my best to help make it right!
I will send photos of the finished product before shipping, therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your item, I will ask that you pay an additional shipping fee to send replacement products, unless there are special circumstances. If you do not respond to photo within 48 hours, the item will be considered “confirmed” and will be shipped.
Please let me know if you see a mistake I made in this photo, I will correct it! However, if I followed your instructions clearly and there was a mistake in your instructions (ex. you misspelled a name/date when you sent it to me or changed your mind on color) then an additional fee may be asked for to correct the error.
Orders can be fully canceled within 24 hours per buyer request. After 24 hours, the transaction can only be canceled if production on the item has not begun.
Due to the custom nature of my items and the confirmation of items by photo before shipping, returns are not allowed.
For wood slice paintings: please note that the wood slices are natural wood slices cut from an actual tree. The slices are kiln dried, sanded fully smooth, and high quality. However, due to the natural quality of the wood, it is natural and expected for a few pieces of the outside bark to shift and fall off during shipping.
PRODUCTION TIME
Custom orders will be started as soon as payment and customization options are verified. Production time on all orders is 2 weeks from date of purchase. I will do my best to get them out earlier than that date! Please factor in shipping transit time in addition to the production time in order to be sure your item arrives in time for your event.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

CAN I SEE A PROOF OF MY ITEM?
I do not provide digital proofs for my items ahead of time, as my items are 100% hand painted rather than computer generated. For custom items, however, I do provide a photo of your finished product for confirmation before shipping after it’s complete for you to confirm any custom options and accuracy.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE COLORS OF ANY ITEMS?
Yes! I offer customization on almost all items! Email me for details and availability.
HOW MUCH TEXT DO THE WEDDING VOW CANVASES FIT?
The largest canvas possible, 24 x 30 inches, can fit approx. 350 words, and the mid-size, 16 x 20, can hold approx. 150. A better estimate for me is to actually see the text in a message. If you’d like to copy and paste your text into an email, I’ll be happy to advise you on what size canvas it would fit best in, and/or if you would need to cut any of the text.
CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! I ship internationally regularly, but rates for large items such as my canvases can vary significantly. Send me a email with the item and size you’d like to buy and your postal code and city, and I’ll calculate a shipping cost for you. Unfortunately shipping large items internationally can be quite expensive and not cost efficient. Please note that any customs and duty taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt.
WHAT SIZE IS THIS CANVAS?
The sizes and prices that are available for each listing are located in the drop down menu below “add to cart.” If there isn’t a drop down menu with options, then that listing only comes in one size, and the size will be typed in the first few lines of the description.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
In the contiguous U.S., shipping usually takes 2-4 shipping days. Please plan on this being in addition to the 2 week production time to plan ahead for your event. I will be happy to look up costs for expedited shipping if you’re interested, but on large items such as canvases, express shipping is usually 6 times more than regular shipping. Tracking numbers are always provided to check on the progress of your package!
